Now for ideas as to the lay-out and design plus write up that go with it, instructional and reference books will come in handy. Old certificates may also be use a reference guides for the texts and style that you would want to incorporate in the said certificates. It should also have a space for the signature program director as it gives authenticity to it. It can be printed using a single color only but more importantly it should be well designed for it to look presentable.
